Terms & Conditions for SMS Pickup Notifications

Service Description: By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS notifications for order pickup purposes. This helps us notify you efficiently regarding your pickup time and arrival status.

Consent to Receive Messages: You agree to receive text messages when you initiate contact through the phone number displayed on our curbside pickup sign. For in-store customers, we may verbally ask for your consent for SMS communications related to future order pickups.

Message Frequency and Rates: You may receive up to three messages per pickup order. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-Out Information: To opt-out of receiving text messages, you can reply "STOP" at any time. This will stop all further SMS notifications. No further messages will be sent once you opt-out.

Help Information: If you need assistance, reply "HELP" to any SMS we send you, or contact our support team via [support email] or [support phone number]. We will provide further assistance as needed.

Use of Information: Your information will be used only to facilitate your order pickup. We will not use your phone number for marketing purposes or share it with third parties.

Copyright and Indemnification Agreement

By submitting materials for printing, you represent and warrant the following:

1. 1. You either own or have explicit permission to use all trademarks, copyrights, and other proprietary rights associated with the submitted materials.

   2. The submitted materials do not infringe upon any existing rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.

You agree to indemnify and hold PrintsWell, Inc. harmless from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

• • A breach of this agreement.

  • Allegations that the submitted materials infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property, or that they involve plagiarism, libel, obscenity, invasion of privacy, or other unlawful conduct.

  • Any actions related to the creation, printing, or distribution of the submitted materials.

In the event of a claim, you agree to fully cooperate with PrintsWell, Inc. in its defense.

If PrintsWell, Inc. determines that any submitted materials violate this agreement, the affected prints will not be shipped and will instead be destroyed. You will remain responsible for the associated labor and material costs. The remainder of your order will be processed without delay.
