We offer envelope liners in three different paper types with smooth and eggshell paper finishes. These liners are available for majority of the envelopes we carry. We offer these as a stand-alone product, or we’ll be happy to assemble them in-house for you.

What type of paper options do you offer for envelope liners?
We offer three paper options for envelope liners: 70 Text Weight Smooth Bright White, 80 Text Weight Eggshell Ultra White, and 80 Text Weight Eggshell White.
Does adding liner assembly affect production time?
Yes, selecting our liner assembly service may add an additional 1–2 business days to your production time.
Do you offer liner assembly on customer provided envelopes?
We do not offer liner assembly services on customer provided envelopes.
Do Euro flap liner designs need to be shaped like the liner?
No, your design does not need to match the shape of the liner. The outline shown on our template is simply a guide to help with artwork placement. You can submit a standard rectangular file, and we’ll trim it to the correct liner shape during production. Just keep in mind that the liner will stop just below the glue line.
How do I know which color envelope will match my design best?
We take great care to present our papers and colors as accurately as possible. Subtle variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and the natural characteristics of each paper stock, as well as production batches. For the most precise color experience, we encourage ordering a sample kit.
